Refunds and Exchanges

  • All sales are final.  We accept returns/exchanges, for items damaged in transit ONLY.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your package at welcometoglow@gmail.com to alert us of the damage. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon reviewing receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange. If you are approved, then your replacement will be shipped at Reveal My Glow LLC's earliest ship out date. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Reveal My Glow LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Please contact the United States Postal System for further inquiries.
