Summer Shipping

• During the summer season we will continue to ship our Whipped Shea Butter. We will freeze the Shea Butter and use thermal bubble wrap to keep the product cool during transport. We ask that you get your product shipped to a location that will NOT be left in high-temperatures. Shea Butter has a melting point of 89 degrees Fahrenheit.

• Orders containing Shea Butter will ONLY be shipped on days that ensures the shortest travel time to you. Monday-Wednesday before 12 pm (EST). 

What can I do?

• Please track your purchases, it should arrive before the end of the week. Please try to monitor and pick up the items to keep it from melting in high temperatures.

My product still melted- What Should I Do?

• You can still work with a melted or very soft Shea Butter! Please keep in mind that Whipped Shea Butter (melted) will reduce in volume because air was incorporated during the production phase. Place the product in a cool/ darkroom for a few hours or place it in the fridge. After it is firm you can use it as is (it still contains the same skin-nourishing benefits) or you can whip it for a few minutes for that double whipped texture!
